Everything was great from scheduling the appointment to checking out after it was over. The doctor and staff were very friendly and efficient.

A great experience. The dentist talked Lego to my son .... my son knows that language well.

First and foremost, I should have left this review a long time ago. Not sure what I have been waiting on. Anyways, I am here now and typing away. 🙂 Dr. Dave and his staff are amazing! I cannot express in words how grateful I am to have such an outstanding group of dental professionals taking care of my children’s dental needs. We've been going to Dr. Dave (and the rest of his staff) for the last 4-5 years. We've had regular cleanings, a few "sugar bugs" that needed to be filled. Dr. Dave (and his staff) always provided outstanding care. But, recently (Friday Dec 28th) Dr. Dave and his front desk staff went above and beyond customer service not only for me as a parent, but my 5-year-old son. Long story short, my 5-year-old came to me suddenly with severe pain in his jaw and I noticed his gums were red and swollen. I called Dr. Dave’s office right away (mind you this is literally 4 minutes before closing). Dr. Dave and his staff went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and my son was ok before they even left for the day. Dr. Dave is ALWAYS readily available ANYTIME one needs assistance. When we go the clinic the wait time is minimal and once he gets to you all attention is on you as a patient. I work in the healthcare field myself and I cannot express enough in words how incredible Dr. Dave and his staff are. This group only want what is best for their patient(s). It clearly shows. Also, Dr. Dave will explain to you his thoughts/concerns on the care/treatment plan of the child. He leaves up to you the final decision of going thru with it or not. I have NEVER in the 5 years ever had Dr. Dave make a poor decision/calling on dental treatment for my kids. Also, in todays world of healthcare not often do providers take the time to sit down and talk/explain things to the patient/parent. Everything treatment wise comes from Dr. Dave himself and I love that about him! My 17-year-old also sees him, and she refuses to go anywhere else because they treat her so well. I have a lot of trust and respect from this group of folks. Whatever Dr. Dave says I go with as he has the expertise when it comes to dental care. Also, Dr. Dave does NOT push services on you that you do not need. He doesn't do things just to make a buck (or profit). If he recommends it, he is doing it because he thinks it’s in the best interest of his patient. Dr. Dave and staff, you all provide outstanding care and customer service on a regular basis. Keep up the great work and we'll be back soon! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. DAVE and HIS AWESOME STAFF! 🙂

I took my 2-year old son to his first dental appointment at Pediatric Dentistry of Burke. Once we entered the treatment bay, he was a little apprehensive. Dr. Treff and his team were friendly, patient, and allowed us to complete the exam with my son on my lap. My questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed. The office is clean, spacious, and very kid-friendly. We enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend the practice to others!

Took their time during first patient visit. Answered all my questions. My son was very comfortable.
