Dr. David Treff ..... I will start by saying I’m the luckiest mother to have him as my kids Dentist. Prior to him I had my life’s worst experience with with the most horrible one. I was in depression because how my kids, specially my 3 years old toddler was being treated horribly & was yelled at, not only my kids I was treated with so much disrespect. We are so lucky to found Dr. Treff toke care of my son like an angle. My baby didn’t even cry for his X-rays a bit. My baby was so scared at this other place that he actually called that lady that she is a monster please mama I don’t want to go to her. I must say the whole team at Pediatric Dentistry of Burke are simply amazing. They are so friendly and understanding. The whole place is so cool and comfortable.I recommend everyone to go there without any doubt. I must say Dr. Treff is really a God send blessing for all the kids. If I had a choice I would give them extra STARS for being so amazing.I have nothing but only good words for them & countless prayers. I can’t thank them enough for all the care & honest effort they put in to help my son.

Dr. Treff is one of a kind. He is incredible with kids. I have a 15 year old daughter and my dentist sent us to Dr. Treff when she was a toddler. My dentist takes his own kids to Dr. Treff. He is very silly with the kids and they seem to respond very well to that. He doesn’t talk about anything scary in front of the kids. His staff is all very friendly also. I highly recommend Dr. Treff!

They're amazing!! All of them are patient,kind,caring,and wonderful with children. The Dr. goes out of his way to make my son comfortable and spend quality time making sure all our needs are met. I highly recommend them! So thankful we found them. My son enjoys going to the dentist,and I owe that to this practice.

Amazing staff! Dr. Treff takes the time to explain the procedure to the child in an appropriate and calm way. Very clean, especially during covid-19. They are taking extra precautions. Highly recommended.

The professionalism of this office is highlighted by their business continuity plans throughout the covid pandemic, and cannot be overstated. They adapted with grace and composure. Having said that, their standard of care is the benchmark our family will use for pediatric dentistry going forward. The clean and efficient work they do is almost an afterthought compared to the efforts they make in maintaining a bedside manner intent on keeping children both informed and at ease. There were age appropriate explanations every step of the way as well as a genuine warmth of care that consistently instilled confidence in our children that their physical well being was as much a concern for the dentist as the work itself. I can say with confidence that my children have none of the classic fears of dental work, and they are happy to see the staff here from the top to the bottom explicitly because of their efforts to emphasize the importance of their bedside manner.

My son took a pretty nasty spill on his bike outside normal office hours and banged up his head and some teeth. Dr. Treff quickly responded to our phone message and helped talk my wife and I through our next steps. He was able to quickly get my son in for a check up the following day to make sure everything looked good on the dental side of things. He also was very helpful at providing some info on head injuries in general and what we should be looking out for hours after the accident. We took his advice to heart and ended up in the ER the day of the accident to make sure our son was okay. Dr. Treff and his staff were fantastic. My wife and I greatly appreciate the time he took w/us on the phone and in the office to provide for the well-being of our son. Thanks Dr. Treff!!!

My 7 year old son had 2 lower baby ahark teeth situation where adult teeth grew behind baby teeth. Both the baby teeth needed extraction. Dr. Treff and his staff explained and prepared us for the procedure. The procedures went smoothly and my son doesn't remember anything from his extraction at all. In his own words "I didn't even feel like my teeth were being extracted". He recovered very quickly. Dr. Treff was kind enough to call and check on him later. Pediatric Dentistry of Burke definitely knows how to handle kids and the emotions of parents at the same time.
