I absolutely LOVE them. They are the best dentist around. I travel 30 minutes to go there for our 6 year old Autistic daughter. They are so good with her. I will never take her anywhere else.

UPDATE: 6 MONTHS LATER: Still 5-star service and care. I failed the mention in my first review the professionalism and care that the dental hygienists exhibited, as well as the front office staff. Everyone was very polite, professional, and kind. Your support staff can make or break your practice and Dr. Treff has exceptional staff. They are very communicative with you and your children, from the text alert reminders and emails to how you are spoken to in the office and when your child is in the chair. Dialogue is always open, they always ask if you have questions, so please speak up if you do. Everything below still stands, so we'll keep seeing Dr. Treff and his great office. Today was our first visit to Pediatric Dentistry of Burke, after researching local recommendations after moving to the area. Our previous peds dentist was extraordinary and our children loved to see him, so there were some big shoes to fill. Their website is easy to navigate, so all forms needed for new patients are available online, to complete and print at home, so registration at the office is a snap. You can opt for text reminders for appointments, so over the past few weeks, I received reminders about this appointment and not to miss it. Do not let the outside of the building fool you, the inside is clean, modern, sleek and kid-friendly. We walked in to a waiting room with plenty of seating for children, a TV running a children's movie, and there was a separate area with 3 touch screens for the kids to play games on. Staff and dental hygienists are very professional and take the time to explain things to the kids, so the kids had a great experience with their cleaning and x-ray. The exam room is open and airy, there are TVs again to distract children while their procedures are being done and seating for parents to observe. Dr. Treff is very professional and has a great bedside manner for kids. He took the time to explain to the kids when and how to signal for him to stop if they experienced any discomfort. Precise, clear instructions that he confirmed that they understood. I appreciate most his candidness and conservative approach to treatment, as well as his helpful recommendations for at home dental care. He took the time to explain what he observed, what he'd like to watch closely, and possible routes for future care dependent on how your child's teeth may grow. Kids walked out with your typical dentist grab bag: new toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, stickers, and were allowed to pick something from their treasure box for doing well in the chair. For now, 5 stars, as this was our first visit. We look forward to seeing them in the future for check ups and updating our rating/experience.

I have two boys which have gone through surgery at Children’s Hospital therefore they are very weary of anyone in a white coat. However the staff and Dr. Treff put them at ease. I’m so grateful I found this place and it’s so close to my home. Def. recommend this place for your younger kids.

As a military spouse for 18 years we have been to dentists all over the US and Dr. Dave and the staff at Pediatric Dentistry of Burke are just phenomenal. Easy to work with, file insurance accurately and efficiently and above all make it a wonderful experience for my children! Thank you from a grateful Army momma 🙂

My daughter is almost 4. Today was her first time at the dentist and she did so well! All the staff was super friendly and Dr. Dave was great! We will be back in 6 months.

My daughter's first trip to the dentist was awesome! Everyone in the office is very friendly and the staff was great with my daughter. They really make sure your child is not scared, and they make everything fun. The office was very cute as well! My daughter loved the treasure chest!

Absolutely friendly and it's obvious they care about their patients. My son has difficulty at the dentist but they handle him warmly and with kindness. I highly recommend this practice!

Each visit I am very impressed with Dr. Treff and his staff. They are all very caring people that want my children to have the most positive dental experience possible just like I do. My son recently had two visits,2 weeks apart, each visit included 1 filling and sealents. Both events were precise, positive and pain free for my son. I have total trust in Dr. Treff and his staff and will continue to spread the word as I know my son will too.

Great practice. Highly recommend. My daughter used to be terrified of the dentist and after one visit here is excited to go back. My two year old son who hates having his teeth brushed did awesome here.

This office is a modern and friendly place and Dr. Treff is just wonderful. We were referred to him to get something done and he advised us to do something that was better for our child but wasn't a high dollar thing for him to do. It really showed me his honesty and him looking out for children and not just being a businessman like so many dentists seem to be. I had to drive an hour and 20 minutes to get to him but he is totally worth it and I will be coming twice a year with both of my children. I cannot recommend him enough.
